319 Grant Cost-Share Program
The cost-share program for the Lower Eel River Watershed is now available. The Clay County SWCD will be providing up to 60% cost-share to landowners and producers in the watershed to adopt or implement conservation practices to help improve water quality by reducing polluted runoff. Available practices include cover crops, filter strips, livestock exclusion fencing, heavy use area protection, WASCOBs, grassed waterways, critical area planting, no-till and precision ag modifications, and much more!
